Through a bi-directional integration between SmartRecruiters and Accurate Background's ACCEL platform, recruiters and hiring managers can initiate employment background and drug testing checks on candidates directly within SmartRecruiters with just a few clicks. Once a background check is initiated, information entered into SmartRecruiters is pre-populated in the background check form, reducing duplicate data entry. Background screening results (pending, complete, etc.) are available directly in SmartRecruiters, allowing hiring managers and recruiters to act quickly on top talent.
