Lena has worked extensively with senior executives, board members, and investors internationally, supporting their talent management needs across a broad spectrum of areas including senior level strategic hiring, Board and C-suite recruitment, advisory services, executive assessment/succession and critical volume-based recruiting projects as well as Diversity and Inclusion projects.

Prior to joining Amrop Rosin, Lena was the Founder and Managing Director of Element Search Partners and has worked in Toronto, Vancouver, New York and London with major, mid-tier and junior mining companies as well as related industries.

Lena has held leadership roles for large global companies including CN Rail and TD Bank and was CEO of a CSE listed Health Care company. She launched her career in search 20 years ago and was a Principal at a large global firm.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource development from Ryerson University in Toronto and has completed several certificates and courses aligned with her current role.

Lena has served as Advisor for Proudfoot, an Executive Committee member for Women in Mining, Toronto as well as a member of Women in Mining, UK. Lena is a proponent for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jeff is Managing Partner of Amrop Rosin and a Member of Amrop's Global Board.

Jeff is recognized as one of Canada’s foremost search professionals, having established a reputation for exceptional quality of search strategy and execution on senior executive and Board assignments, as well as C-suite succession.

Prior to founding Amrop Rosin, an independent firm serving clients globally, Jeff led the Canadian practice of a global, publicly traded executive search firm for nearly 15 years, and spent 19 years there in total.

He is one of Canada's most trusted advisors in CEO, C-suite leadership, succession and Board recruitment. His calm demeanour, strategic mindset and supreme domestic and global accomplishments resolve even the most daunting challenges. If the topic is leadership, many accomplished business leaders first call Jeff, recognizing his immense, enduring contribution to their business.

Jeff’s career prior to search includes accomplishments in the financial services sector (ten years) and professional services (five years).

Jeff earned his CPA, CA designation through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He earned degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa; specifically, Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting degrees.

An accomplished athlete, he is a Board member of Maccabi Canada, an organization that links youth and adults to Israel through sports.
