- Audit of a customer's SmartRecruiters configuration and recommendations for standardizing its processes and deploying an interface with Workday (over 500 fields analyzed - 120 hours).
- Translation of project documentation (English => French) for software publisher SmartRecruiters
- Several Project management of SmartRecruiters deployments for small and middle market companies
- Various support and consulting assignments for SmartRecruiters customers
- Many training session conducted for recruiters, managers, employees and directors (on site and on line)
2019-2022 - For an international company with 90k employees :
- 2019 - 2020: Decommissioning of the old recruitment platform (Oracle -Taleo) and replacement with a new solution (SmartRecruiters) for 17 countries.
- 2020 - 2021: Expansion of SmartRecruiters deployment to 18 additional countries to reach 35 countries deployed in 17 languages (50,000 employees).
- 2022: Last wave of deployment for 16 additional countries (70,000 employees - 9,000 users - 19 languages - 4,000 positions to be filled continuously).
The project was delivered without the help of any external service provider (project management, workshop animation, configuration, interfaces, receipts, production launch, maintenance and support)
