FAQ
Using CheckIntelligence™ (Automated Model)
- In CheckWorkRights, go to Admin → Integrations → SmartRecruiters.
- SmartRecruiters → CheckWorkRights Integration → Configuration
- You will see Field Mapping for Package Selection. Here you map SmartRecruiters custom fields to the fields used by CheckWorkRights. This mapping tells CheckWorkRights how to interpret the data sent from SmartRecruiters.
- Ensure the values sent from SmartRecruiters exist in the corresponding datasets within CheckWorkRights. For this reason, it is recommended to align naming conventions between SmartRecruiters and CheckWorkRights for Job Role and location.
When CheckIntelligence™ is enabled:
- SmartRecruiters will see only a single “CheckIntelligence” package
- Customer-created packages are hidden
- SmartRecruiters sends a generic order
- CheckWorkRights determines the required checks
- In CheckWorkRights, go to Admin → Integrations → SmartRecruiters.
- Select Add package (top right).
- Enter the package name, description (as you want it to appear in SmartRecruiters) and pick the checks to include.
You can create:
- One package containing all checks
- Separate packages for different roles
- Multiple packages based on region, role, or business unit
