The basic version includes everything that is needed for a valuable use. It includes a customized avatar, adjusted chats for the job profiles and the integration in SAP SuccessFactors for a seamless process. The application is completely platform independent (no download, no registration).
Multi-language
The virtual interview can be performed in any language (pre-setted in the candidate's device), allowing international use and everyone to access the application process.
Local Job Selector
Candidates are only shown relevant jobs in their area, allowing regional and national communication campaigns with only one link or QR-code. Benefit: Savings in process and production costs and a direct allocation of candidates to the right position.
Self scheduling for candidates
The self scheduling function allows candidates to schedule a meeting instantly on their own. In consequence there is less manual work in trying to contact the candidates for a first interview.
